Cancellation Policy

We understand things happen, especially at the last minute, however, as a business, it also puts us in an inconvenience for someone who wanted to get in for your appointment slot for those days.

• All appointments canceled less than 24 hours of appointment time must pay a $25 cancellation fee.

• You can reschedule once without losing your deposit.

• You must reschedule at least 24 hrs before your appointment time.

• If you do not reschedule your appointment within 24 hours, you will lose your deposit and must reschedule a new appointment and pay the required deposit.

• If you call to reschedule or cancel your appointment within 2-5 hours of your appointment, you will be required to pay the full price to reschedule.
